Front arches cut away and tabs made to rivet another half of a chop mudguard (as per the rear)

I have fitted some bike shox instead of just dampers to improve the "soft rear end" And a solid dog toy ball cut in half makes a new Bump stop.

Started work on the rear arches, found a fiberglass rear chop guard, cut it in half and shaped it to fit. welded on a few tabs for riveting.

Back on it's wheels and outside for a quick wash, step back and plan the next jobs/mods.

Under body work / welding shultz etc done, wheels fitted and its ready to go back on its wheels today (saturday 6/7/13) I will get it outside and wash it on sunday to think about the next stage.
